Windows Vista Flip 3D Icon was Accidentally Deleted
Some how your flip 3d icon was deleted from the Quick Launch Toolbar and you want
to put it back. There is a fix and for some it may be easy, for others not so easy, but if you follow
the instructions below you should be able to put it back where it belongs.
Each user profile has a copy of the Flip 3D icon in it.
To extract the shortcut icon and place it back where it belongs, follow
the instructions below:
Go to Start
In the search field, type in the following you should copy and paste
to make sure it is
typed exactly as it is below.
%systemdrive%\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch
Locate the entry titled: "Switch
between windows" From here you can click on the entry once then hold down your left mouse button
and drag it to the Quick Launch Toolbar. Next you will see two
little arrows ( >> ) clicking on the arrows will bring up a menu, you should see the entry Switch
between windows, click and hold down your left mouse button and
drag it to the Quick Launch Toolbar. Now you should see your flip
3d icon right where it belongs.
