Windows Vista – Switching Between Windows With out Clicking the Mouse
This may be more of a nuisance but then again you may find it useful. There is an option in Windows Vista that you can set to have the mouse switch between windows by just hovering over the window and not having to click on it.
Just open up the control panel, then in the search box type “Mouse Works”.
Click on Images for Larger View
Windows Vista will display your search results.
Look under “Ease of Access Center” you will see the option “Change How Your Mouse Works” clicking on the option will bring up another window.

Now just click in the box that says “Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse” that’s all there is to it. Make sure to click apply then click cancel to exit.
