Windows Vista Adding additional clocks in taskbar
Windows Vista allows you to display two additional clocks when you hover your mouse over the system clock. So you can display two other time zones. This feature comes in handy if you have friends or family members in other states or counties.
First move your mouse over the system clock and right click,
then choose Adjust Date/Time.

Then choose the additional clocks tab, click the box next
to show this clock. Ok now click the arrow to the right, then scroll
down and choose the time zone you wish to display. You can enter a display
name; this name can be anything you
want up too 15 characters including spaces. That’s all there is to it, make sure you click apply to save
your setting then click ok.
Now test your new setting just hover your
mouse over the system clock and you should see your local time and the
time in the state or country you choose.
